Printable bee lacing card
Big plastic needle
Thread
Cardboard
Glue
Scotch tape
Scissors

Instructions

  1. Print out the bee lacing card
  2. Glue the lacing card to the cardboard
  3. Puncture holes for the needle
  4. Enjoy playing!

Playing

Tell the kid about stripy animals and insects. And then a story how one bee has lost its stripes and is sad now. You should help the bee to find them!

Thread the needle by yourself for small kids and encourage the kid to lace the stripes.

Older kids do everything by themselves.
